This project consisted of demolishing an existing 1930’s bungalow, in order to maximise the potential of the site. We replaced this bungalow with two modern dwellings. This consisted of a 3-bedroom detached house and a 3-bedroom chalet with annex. We chose vibrant cladding for the exterior to help enhance the aesthetics of the properties. The double height living area in the house creates a light and welcoming space, promoting modern day living.
