The task for this project was to create a flexible entension for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Bluntisham. The brief encorporated the addition of a large lounge, kids playroom, utility and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The inclusion of a mezzanine level in the design allows for a unique yet secluded space, seperated from the double height lounge by a perferated timber divider. The external larch cladding has been implemented in an attempt to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the garden.
